The RJC is a standards-setting organisation that has been established to advance responsible ethical, human rights, social and environmental practices throughout the diamond, gold and platinum group metals jewellery supply chain. The RJC has developed a benchmark standard for the jewellery supply chain and credible mechanisms for verifying responsible business practices.

Our responsibility to the UN Business & Human Rights Council codes and practices requires of us that we fully respect, protect and implement these laws into the business. Damdia Ltd fully adheres to the UK Bribery Act and to national and international laws on bribery, money laundering and finance of terrorism.

Our commitment to ethical standards involves a clean, hygienic and safe place to work in. All employees are a minimum age of 18 and have not been forced into labour, are paid according to their position in the company and level of skill. Working hours are not excessive and comply to national standards. We do not tolerate discrimination towards age, race or gender.
